He gave me free advise on how to repair the cooling system. At this point Darren could have sold me a new machine but he didn't. I immediately thought "that's it I need to buy a new machine" and asked Darren if he had any deals on a new PC. Anyway it turned out that the water cooling system had failed and the PC was overheating. As a last resort I emailed Darren at MM to see if he could offer a solution and without hesitation he connected to my sick machine and had a look without any cost. The machine was way out of guarantee and I was expecting to have the expense of replacing it. Recently one of the PC's I purchased developed a fault. Now I have an excellent PC for 4 monitors. I was impressed that one lady even admitted that she doesn’t exactly know the answer to my question and I was called back after hours to get answer to my queries. I spoke to Darren and a few other people on the phone (my apologies that I cannot remember their name) and none of them sounded ‘constipated’ (so as to speak) which happens sometimes when you contact other providers all of them sounded down to earth, not making you feel small that you do not know some of the minute terminology and were very helpful. Also, it looks like Darren managed to bring around him likeminded people creating a culture of proper support for people like myself that have little insight in to the digital world and need help. The MM website appears, in my opinion, the most informative I ever encountered. This seems the best service possible that I found ranging from PC World in person through to different websites. I really wish that MM advertised themselves more for people to benefit from the great help, advice, support and service. I found MM on the internet purely by chance.
